Some days it is extremely difficult to stay positive although you have promised yourself to live according to certain principles. Tiredness is one of the most common reasons for this, but sometimes it can be more difficult to find the true reasons behind excessive pessimism.
However, I’ve noticed that it is easier to keep a positive mindset if you have certain rules to live by. Promises that you try to live after each day.
The American author Christian Daa Larson (1874 – 1954) is known as the founder of the so called “New Thought-movement”. In his book Your forces and how to use them he writes about some promises that you should give yourself every day in order to reach your potential as a human being.
